Mike Parsons - Goaty (Can)

Michael “Goaty” Parsons has been with the Beijing team for 7 tours.  Coming from the same hometown Thunder Bay , ON as Greg 'Fella - Two Fingers- MacIsaa.c. has not helped his reputation when dealing with the ladies, but the boys know that it means he plays two way hockey.  Goaty is the current Captain of the Beijing Icehogs and when the Sheriff Ray is not on the road with the team he assumes the role of Captain for the traveling Beijing International.  His love for hockey has gotten him the chance to play on 4 continents, against 6 National Teams and a chance to coach two different national teams.  Goaty is also known for stopping rebounds with his face and he has been heard saying 'If Finns could score I’d be a hell of a lot prettier!!!'  When not playing, Goat Boy can be found on the rink coaching the Imperial Guard All-star teams and helping out with the Sports Beijing Hockey Program.  When asked about his favourite quote...  -Keep your head up and stick on the ice - Red Green from the Red Green Show!  Go CANADA
